OUR HISTORY

1991

BEPOLPLAST company was established in 1991. Initially, our production was based on 2 injection molding machines. The rapid increase in orders and favorable economic situation necessitated the expansion of our machinery park. In the following years, we regularly purchased modern ARBURG injection molding machines and entered into long-term agreements, many of which are still in effect today.

1997

The year 1997 marked a significant milestone with the relocation of our production facility to a new headquarters
in Żarnowiec. Shortly thereafter, production commenced.

2006

The year 2006 proved to be a significant milestone in our operations with the establishment of the Injection Mold
and Special Tooling Production Department. Expanding our services to include engineering support for customer
concepts was a natural progression. Our tooling department was equipped with state-of-the-art machinery,
incorporating cutting-edge technologies for injection mold production.
Technological support such as CAD/CAM, EDM, and CNC ensures the highest quality at an affordable price.

2010

The company purchased and
implemented innovative machinery
for the production of injection molds
and special tools.
Real-time Production Monitoring Integrated
System (MES) has been implemented.

2011

In 2011, the company joined the POLIGEN technological cluster based in Rzeszów.

2013

In 2013, thanks to EU support, the company expanded its production facility with a modern warehouse, ensuring the highest standards of raw material and product storage. The company also upgraded and expanded the range of its technical capabilities in the production of plastic injection molded components by adding Engel EcoDrive machines to its machinery park.

2015

The year 2015 marked a significant milestone in the company's history with the purchase of the first innovative Engel Roratary vertical injection molding machine in Poland.

2020

In 2020, the company expanded its production facility by adding a modern warehouse-production hall. We enhanced our offering in the production of plastic injection-molded components by expanding our machinery with Engel EcoDrive machines equipped with TWO-COMPONENT injection technology for plastic products.
